RMB Properties is a growing full service residential property management team headquartered in Mesa, Arizona, with an emphasis on single family and smaller multi-family properties. RMB was established in January 2003 with a small portfolio of 60 units. Since then, we have grown our family-based management business through consistent word of mouth referrals and long-term relationships with our clients. At the peak of the market, RMB Properties managed a portfolio in excess of $50 million.

In addition to providing management services, RMB Properties also specializes in acquisition services for our investors looking to expand their investment portfolios. Ryan Brown, the company's founder, is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Arizona. We currently manage residential properties in Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, Phoenix, Queen Creek, and Apache Junction.

The RMB Properties family of licensed property managers and agents has a first hand understanding of the dynamics, challenges and opportunities of real estate investing stemming from their own investments in property rentals and fix and flip properties. This personal experience gives our team a professional advantage in working with both first time or real estate savvy investor clients. Our Broker and Licensed Agents and Managers have memberships in several of the local Real Estate Boards: SEVRAR (East Valley), WEMAR (West Valley), SAAR (Scottsdale), PAR (Phoenix), & CAZBR (Payson & mountain country).

Our staff includes fourth generation Arizona natives and graduates, and most of the RMB Properties family has lived in the East Valley most or all of our lives!
